The following features have been released to the eCert platform (app.ecert.co.za)

• Feature 20168: ePhyto: Customer Warning Screen (PDF GUIDE)

• Feature 20578: ePhyto: Inspector Warning Screen

• Feature 19926: ePhyto Enhancement - New Declaration API / UI functionality

New Enhancements:

When submitting your application, the system will automatically check for common issues. If any issues are detected, a pop-up warning screen will appear upon clicking the "Change to Submitted" button. The pop-up will display the following warnings:

• Nett Measurement of consignment item is greater than 0.00

• The Gross Measurement of the consignment item is equal to or greater than the Nett Measurement

• Packaging Quantity is greater than 0

• Stuff date is less than 15 days from the current date (before or after)

• Departure Date is less than 15 days from the current date (before or after)

You will have the option to:

• Review the warnings

• Make any necessary updates

• Or proceed to submit with the warnings

This new feature also tracks all actions, ensuring full transparency and helping to reduce the risk of rejections.

These improvements are designed to streamline the application process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
